Hustle Cleaning Service Inc. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or request a service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to quote and deliver a cleaning job:

• Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email address, service address and any details you type into the quote form or send us by message.
• Service history — the work we performed, when, and what it cost.
• Basic technical data — your browser type, device type and the pages you viewed, collected in aggregate so we can keep the site working properly.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is handled in person or through a third-party processor at the time of service.

How the quote form works

Our quote form does not send your details to a server or store them in a database. When you submit it, your browser composes a message and opens the channel you choose — your email app or your text messaging app — so you can send it to us directly. Your information travels through that messaging or email provider under their privacy policy, and reaches us as an ordinary message.

How we use your information

We securely store your information to manage your service history and provide future discounts and special offers. We respect your privacy and never sell your personal information.

• To prepare and send you a quote.
• To schedule, perform and follow up on your cleaning service.
• To respond to questions, complaints or warranty claims.
• To recognize you as a returning customer and apply the discounts you have earned — for example every third cleaning at 50% off, our refer-a-friend credit, and first-customer offers. This means we keep a record of the cleanings you have booked with us.
• To send occasional service reminders or offers — only if you have asked us to, and you can stop them at any time.
• To meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — our website host, our email and messaging providers, a scheduling tool, our payment processor and our accountant — and only to the extent each of them needs it to do that job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months and completed service records for as long as tax and insurance rules require, typically seven years. After that we delete or anonymize them.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Contact us and we will action the request within 30 days. Illinois residents have additional rights under state law, including protections for biometric data — we do not collect biometric data of any kind.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
